HGTV has been a part of my life within the recent years as I am highly interested in real estate and interior design, odd I know considering I love to be outside. However, within the recent years, a new trend called Tiny Home Living is a new way to travel anywhere and bring your home! These types of homes are typically more environmentally friendly, and can go anywhere as long as you have a vehicle to tow it. They encourage minimalistic living and it is the best thing ever for young travelers or old soul adventurers. I am excited to finish college and try to eventually own a tiny home after I graduate, and soon after that use it to travel in with my family.
Would you ever own a tiny home? What are your thoughts??
Caty! I thought this was a very interesting post because sometimes I like to watch different networks that have multiple shows about real estate and living in tiny homes. I find it very interesting when I see a house with only 300 square feet and there is an entire family of five living in it! Personally, I would not enjoy living in a tiny home but I would not discourage other people from trying it. I would just need some more space to myself to get away.
ReplyDeleteI'm on both sides with this. On one hand I totally agree with you about minimalism. I feel so much better living that way, while hiking for two weeks I never felt more happy. I had little possessions. But I also wanna strive for material wealth as well. I have a lot of ambition so it's hard to displace those feelings.
ReplyDeleteTiny Homes are the coolest thing ever! I have talked to my cousin, who is my bestfriend, and we have talked about each getting our own tiny home and traveling for a while after graduation also. maybe we can be tiny home neighbors one day! ill let you decorate my tiny home also!
