Colorado Trip

Have you ever wanted to do something totally different and out of the ordinary but didn't know how to do it?! Been having a sense of adventure but didn't know where to go?

This past October, a few friends and I flew out to Denver, Colorado on a whim for a last minute adventure, and to say it was the best trip of my life is an understatement. We first started in Denver, and traveled to the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. After, we hiked Raspberry mountain, traveled thru Vail, and soon landed in Aspen. After that, we drove thru Glenwood Springs, to stay in Rifle for the night. The next morning we woke up and went to Breckenridge and some other stops along the way to end up in Winter Park. Was that a cool place! After that night, we woke up to head out to Rocky Mountain National Park where I saw a moose and a pack of Elk!!!! How sweet is that.
Have you ben on an adventure lately, or want to? Where would you go??

  1. I was just in CO a few weeks ago. It was my first time ever visiting and I loved it. I went out their to reunite with my old roommates (the one lives out there now.) We stayed in Capial Hill which is just outside of the city. It was a cool young neighborhood that was a little reminescent of the bloomfield/ shadyside area of Pittsburgh. We spent one of the days hiking in Rocky Mt National Park which I recomend to anybody that goes out there. I had a blast on the trip and I plan on visiting again in the summer!

  2. In my senior year of high school the ski and snow board club run a trip to Utah for a few students. I was able to go and it was such an amazing trip! Utah was so beautiful! We went to a different mountain each day to ride at and I can't say I didn't like any of them. I would absolute go back to Utah someday. I also really want to go to Colorado. My neighbors just moved there so a visit might be in the near future for me!!
